I was evicted from my house and ended up in a shelter with my family. I was able to keep my kids in their same school but the schools are to provide transportation. In the morning district 26 was on time for pick up. When it came time for my kids to come home district 15 is required to provide transportation back to the shelter. Well first day of school and district 15 dropped the ball and didn’t even schedule a ride home for my children. My kids waited 3 and 2 hours to come home. Their reason was that they forgot. And from what I heard from the driver who was able to drop off my children told me it’s not the first time. Start communicating with all the schools people. My wife and I were terrified not knowing where our children were. Do better be better.
My daughter in law is on the cafeteria staff and she greatly enjoys her role .
VERY nice office building. Everyone I talked to was friendly. Great location!
