I wanted to come give the school some well deserved kudos! When my child was of age to start school it was important for us to find a school that would teach along the criteria she showed interest in. This being an arts innovated school, I knew I had to look into it. My child has always love everything about art, music and dance. These being electives that have been disregarded as of late, by other districts and schools, I loved seeing that this school prides themselves on all these things. In addition, the school grounds are always kept VERY clean!! In snowy weather they always make sure to shovel and lay ice melt to the best of their ability for all students, parents and staff. This is so appreciated!!

My daughter has been going here 2 years now and I am beyond happy with her being here. She has been able to build amazing relationships with the students as well as the staff! With her being our first child starting school and doing so during the pandemic in 2020, I was scared and worried for her but didn’t want to keep her from education. The Principle and staff at this school helped SO MUCH in reassuring the safety of the kids, beyond expectations. The teachers helped in the transitions from online to in-person from week to week as needed. All while making sure the kids never missed a beat. The have continued this year to be just as informative and proactive as necessary.

This school year, has been just as great. The staff is always friendly, informative and understanding. My daughter had a hard time the beginning of the year with anxiety when I would drop her off and after a few meetings and conversations back and forth we finally were able to find a solution that worked for her. The understanding, willingness to help, listen and the care the staff, teacher, even other parents showed was overwhelming. My daughter looks forward to go to school now and really loves the smiles, greetings, positive affirmations and compliments the staff give her in the morning.

At times, there have been concerning moments that happened between older students that we’re out of the schools hands. But the quick action and professionalism I’ve seen in the staff assured me my child was safe. They are sure to address issues appropriately and quickly, as their first priority is always the safety of the students. Even when the first day of school required a Tornado Warning this year due to inclement weather, the school was sure to make calls, send emails and keep the families as informed as possible through out it all.

We live in a time right now, where life is abnormal and a lot has changed. Day to day school, field trips and school activities all are very different today. However, they have made sure to keep the kids engaged and still celebrate special moments. My daughter always loves the spirit weeks and was excited to tell me about the Valentine Day activities she got to do recently.

This school has a tremendous leader in Principle Trujillo who truly values relationships with the students, and that teaching travels down to the teachers and staff members. Thank you to all for making school somewhere fun and exciting for the kids! The loving community and sense of security provided by you all in these uncertain and ever-changing times has given my child a little sense of normalcy and a safe place to learn.

Thank you so much!

I’ve only been there to visit the park with my 5yr old but it was probably the coolest park I’ve ever seen for kids she had a blast and I even tested out the super tall slides an the moving balance beam there was a rope and rock climbing part theres these two chairs that I thought were just seats but come to find out the spin super fast. It was an interesting play area I’d highly recommend it.
