I just completed the real estate class and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, making the classes engaging and informative. The curriculum was well-structured, covering all essential topics in detail, from property law to market analysis. What truly stood out was the hands-on approach, with interactive exercises and real-life case studies that helped solidify concepts. I recently went through the Salesperson course through Michigan Institute of Real Estate. The instructors that taught the course were very knowledgeable and fun to learn from. They used real world examples to help understand the industry and prepare for the exam. Along with the class, I purchased the study bundle, which have been instrumental. I would highly recommend this Real Estate Licensing course for anyone interested in real estate. I plan to go through other courses that are offered through them to learn even more!
Kevin George was our instructor for the 40-hour real estate salesperson classes. He was very knowledgeable about all the information, helped us to know what was important and what we should know but not study too hard. He made it fun, interesting and simple. I truly feel like I will pass on my first try (with some studying). Classroom was great, Kevin and his father were both amazing and I would definitely recommend this class and this school to anybody getting started!
