When I registered my son for MCA I was searching for a place he could be safe, learn and be able to be a child. I was looking for teachers that communicate with parents and care about their students well being, personal development, and academic achievement. I found all of that at MCA. I believe this is a great environment to begin your experience with education. They are serious about the development of the whole child and require respect. There is nothing wrong with that. They require the students to be accountable. There is nothing wrong with that. My only concern was with the parent association and with the community the school is in. I never felt welcomed. However, this school with it’s teachers, and its principal provide and impeccable environment for learning and growing. I can not afford the school anymore so it really saddens me to move on but the negative comments on this page while entitled to their opinion do not give a honest picture of the experience that goes with walking through those school ??. I trust them with my kid and He is everything to me.
I have had five children attend this school. The children are well prepared for college ready high schools. Three of the five have graduated college, one getting ready for college next year and the last one still a student. I have friends who’s childrens attend this school, my sister’s children attend this school, great teachers, great learning environment, your kids are ready-to-wear take off.
this school is terrible don’t send your child there.the principal told my son to shut up and shut your mouth does not give them a chance to speak shut this school down just terrible.
