every since the school switch over to Milwaukee college prep from young leaders academy me and my family have been very disappointed.the staff is not qualified to handle a lot of situation with kids.I’ve seen disrespect and attitudes when there’s no need for one.I’ve dealt with teachers with no control over the class and seemingly to have favorites in the class.I’m very disappointed on how situation are handled with kids and suspensions.I don’t think it is beneficial to the student to keep them out of school for days for issues that could be handled in class.my child will be moving on after 5years with this school.
Me and my family have been really happy with this school and kids been going sends young leaders academy and its been a good experience where they can get to school and pass and I like all the teachers and how they handle the kids because they change it real quick and I like how my kids come home and then they always have so much to talk about in there day and every time my kids ask someone from school to come over there friends are always respectful and so amazing I also do like the rewards they give and get and how everyone as appreciated
My daughter went to this school for 2 years. I was not pleased with the school. During surprise visit my daughter was not in class and teacher said she was in the bathroom probably playing around and been gone for over 20 minutes. This happened a few times to my knowledge. Also I noticed students in the hallway playing. Some of the teachers have little training and have little control over the classroom.
