Rats. 5 ? to teachers, 1 ? to building/district. The high quality, dedicated and qualified teachers cannot overcome the rat infestation that lasted from at least summer 2017, through March 2018. It is as if the oldest building in this district has just been forgotten by the district, yet the teachers dedication shows in the overall testing and ratings despite such unsafe, crumbling, conditions. It is hard to see the equity of resources spent when looking at the schools on the east side of the district. Doesn’t seem fair that to find such dedicated and caring staff in a building where one’s child sat on carpet soaked in vermin urine.
5? to teachers. 1? to building. Rats and vermin urine soaked carpet untreated from summer 2017, until March 2018. NCSD obviously has very little regard for safety of children, unless they’re in Happy Valley.
