This is my daughter’s third year at Mission Hills. Kids are tracked in math not based on grade, rather on skill level, which means everyone is happier. The kids that can handle pre-algebra in 6th grade are doing pre-algebra and the kids that need just regular 6th grade math are doing that. That’s impossible in a public school where one size fits all and bright kids get bored. This school has science, art, music and computers as part of the curriculum. My daughter loves the art teacher.

If you’re unhappy with your child’s over-crowded elementary or middle school, you should consider Mission Hills. Clean, safe, after-school care, nutritious lunches, supportive administration, small classes etc. – really it’s worth every dime and it’s much less expensive than other private schools. Open from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, the schedule is great for working parents.

I only came to this school for one year, and I LOVED everything about the school, the
teachers, school activities, study hall, etc. The teachers guide you step-by-step if you
don’t understand how to do it. I came into this school with almost unsatisfactory grades and they helped me get back on track. Thank you teachers! The thing I love most about this school is that there’s study hall every day (except for Fridays) where you can do most or all of your homework. If you are stuck on a question, there’s always two teachers supervising so you can ask them and they will take their time to make sure you know how to do it.

This is definitely a great school to invest in

I had forgotten about this review.

I’m very glad that you have a recycling program. At the time of my previous review, which was written well before anyone I knew worked at your school. I was told that you did not have a program implemented. If you did have one at the time I sincerely apologise as I was misinformed. Either way you do now and that is what counts! Take care
