Made an appointment for a haircut and peek a boo color. When I arrived was told my appointment was scheduled for zone 1 2 3 color. No idea what that meant. I was told they may not have time to cut my hair since that wasnt scheduled. I feel like I made it clear that the cut was more important than the color. They proceeded to color my hair. A bleach and color took over 3.5 hours. First the stylist mixed the bleach incorrectly and was corrected by a classmate when when she asked if the bleach was too chunky. Then they attempted a toner that didn’t take. It was after that was attempted I was asked if i always use toners. I had never used one before and had not been asked prior to starting the process. They had to dye my hair at this point. I ended up with a splotchy dye job and was told they didnt have time to get my cut done so i would have to come back. The stylist was told by her instructor she didn’t even have time to style my hair. I was left with wet hair and no cut. This appointment was made prior to an upcoming event now i have to scramble to find someone to fix the botched dye job and cut my hair. The dye is nothing like the reference photo. I gave specific colors. Never was i told they couldn’t achieve my request because i had a back up plan if my first request could not be achieved on my hair. During the color the stylist said we could wait the full time or wash it oit early. She said it was up to me. I said no its not because I’m not a stylist. She then huffed and stomped off. I guess she was advised to leave for the full 20 minutes. When i went to pay i asked if they were charging for the toner that didnt work. I was told they charge by ounce. Finally thr stylist yelled from the back no i wasnt. When i got home i discovered she hadent even fully washed the dye out of my hair. I had thick spots of dye left on my roots and other places where roots were missed completely. Worst hair experience ever. What a total waste of money.

Terrible customer service. Drove 2 hours to get eyelash extensions here. When I came in they were threatening to call the police on an older lady because she only had cash and couldn’t pay with card. Then refused service to me and my sister due to my daughter needing to sit down in a chair and play on her tablet while we got them done. They do kids cuts so it made no sense to me but they said a child could not be in the salon. My daughter is very well behaved and caused no issues. Huge waste of time.
