My child came home with cuts on his face bruises, bites, and many story’s of having hard toys thrown at his head he was bitten repeatedly, hit over the head with books pushed off a high play set and much more. Luckily we had a very advanced talker for his age he was 18 months when we started and he could come home and tell us what happened to him. The teachers and director would say they didn’t see it happen even with only five children present. Repeatedly they would not tell us and only when confronted with photo evidence of terrible bites and scratches admit that something had happened to him. They said bouncin beethoven music class was included in tuition but then removed the program and never told anyone. It was only when my son kept telling me they did not have music class that we figured it out. Also, they have no actual Montessori accreditation. They promised a buautiful campus but then moved into a building connected to a dog kennel. My son came home smelling of flea and tick and other animals smells everyday. The one wonderful teacher they had Mrs Kasey left to go to another school. I feel so sad that I ever left my little boy alone at this school.

My daughter has been attending Owasso Montessori Academy since 2014. We have never had ANY issues with the other children behaving badly. (biting, scratching, violent acting) The school is in a temporary place for now, until the school finds a permanent home. There are NO fleas, ticks, bugs or any other animal smell. I’m not sure why the Mills family posted such horrible accusations. If they felt that way, maybe they should of addressed there issues at that time? Sounds like there maybe more serious issues at home with that family that needs attention. My daughter loves this school, and the teachers. I plan on sending my daughter again next year for pre-K, and when my other child turns of age, she will be attending Owasso Montessori Academy. I encourage anyone to take a tour, call, or just pop in anytime. We love our school.

Montessori Academy of Owasso is an outstanding school and a wonderful asset in our community! I have many years of Montessori experience as both a student and a teacher. The director and teachers at Montessori Academy of Owasso are outstanding; well-trained, loving, caring, enthusiastic, motivating.
My children have been students here since the school first opened. They have learned so much! They love going to school! They love their teachers and classmates. They are growing academically, socially, and as good citizens. I am so grateful for having found this outstanding school for my children! I can highly and without reservation recommend this school for your preschool and elementary children.
