This is a TERRIBLE SCHOOL!!!
Do NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS SCHOOL!!
Issues:
I had just barley been at this school for 2 weeks. Terri and her daughter are AWFUL. All they care about is money. Both of my children would continuously come home in wet or poopy diapers. My 3yo would continuously complain about being HIT ON THE HAND BY THE TEACHER. When I tried to voice my concerns that’s when the problems started. Terri said that my 3yo daughter did not know what she was talking about and that she was LYING ABOUT THE TEACHER. She had then said that my daughter is NOT ALLOWED to be present at the daycare during the times that the TEACHER WHO HIT HER ON THE HAND we’re working. I then proceeded to just try to keep the peace and go along with agreeing that I will drop them off at 8:30 when she had DEMANDED it. The NEXT DAY my daughters hand had swelled up due to a staff infection from the TEACHER HITTING HER HAND. This. School is OBVIOUSLY not clean for your children. My daughter was in the hospital for 3 days! It was stressful and at a point in time I didn’t know if we would be able to go home. Due to my 3yo DAUGHTER BEING IN THE HOSPITAL, I was not on my phone. I had seen a couple missed calls from the daycare and called them back TWICE I might add. The day she was admitted to the hospital and let them know what was going on. AFTER I had talked to them and let them know what was going on. They seemed to have understood. But no it 100% BACKFIRED on my child. That following Friday evening the day after my child had gotten home from the hospital. I had given the school the proper paper work from the hospital saying that she could return and that just wasn’t good enough. I had then proceeded to call the hospital and get more documentation stating that she IS ALLOWED to go to this school. They then still left her in a chair for the rest of the day. That night they had called DFS ON ME stating that my child was not “Well taken care of and looked like she had gotten burns on her hand and poked multiple times in the arm.” My child JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL FOR STAFF THAT YOUR WORKER HAD GIVEN HER. She has an IV hooked up to her for 3 days and staff on her hand. Due to the staff she had blisters and her hand was swollen. To no surprise the dfs worker was confused on to why he even came out to my nice house where my children have everything & MORE. I was hoping to talk to Terri this week about the incident and she was NEVER PRESENT AT DROP OFF OR PICK UP. It is now Wednesday, and she JUST showed up for work in her new Porch I might add. She did not want to speak ti me at pick up due to them giving me false information and calling dfs. She then handed me a note and said the kids will no longer be in the daycare. The note she had handed me states ALL FALSE INFORMATION on to why the kids are not allowed there. THEY ARE RACIST TOWARDS ALL ETHNICITIES & DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MELANIN CHILDREN.
I have tried to start off on a fresh start with Terri and her snotty daughter. But they are just too “Privileged” to care about anyone, their children’s well being or even that school.
I recommend you DO NOT ENROLL your children here, she is refusing to give a refund, and will not speak due to her being “scared”. As her co-worker had put it. The employees here are VERY MISTREATED. There is NO A/C in the children room, they are currently using a fan. I hope this school gets what’s coming for them in the future. Their karma will not let that school go in anymore. They do NOT do free piano lessons to kids who are on state assistance. & they do NOT communicate at all. And when they “try” to communicate they make sure they call you in the middle of your work day to ask simple questions that could be asked at pick up. Then they complain about “no communication”. They are NOT professional at all.
PLEASE CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN AND DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. MY 18MO HAD COME HOME WITH SCRATCHED AND BRUISES ON HER LEGS DAILY. I will be taking civil matters due to these issues. And I have taken notes and pictures daily of these problems.
I thought I would leave this review as a reflection of my experiences with this school. My little one has only attended for a month or so. I did read the reviews prior to enrollment as part of my research. But I thought I would leave my thoughts on this daycare from my perspective (a parent as well as a business operator myself).

First, the enrollment process….i visited the facility twice prior to enrollment. Both times the facility was secured, impeccably clean and the students in all classrooms were content and engaged. There was significant interaction between staff and students that seemed positive and rewarding for the little ones in their care.

I read the reviews regarding the owners and operators only being interested in money, referenced the cars they choose to drive and lost payments. I first need to say, it is no one’s business what make/model an individual chooses to purchase. I personally did not go into business with the mindset of wanting to be impoverished. My personal career choices were because I wanted to advance myself and secure my family’s future with a few comfortable luxuries on the way. If someone starts a business with the intent on struggling financially long term, that is a poor business model.

In regards to missing payments….I make all tuition payments online through the app the facility utilities. I receive an invoice each week, make my payment through the app, then receive a confirmation email of payment received. It really is a streamlined process. I don’t see how it is possible that the facility could “lose” a payment. Unless the alleged payment was made a different and undocumented way. In which case I say, it is 2023, make your payments online via the automated system they have in place and it would eliminate any alleged issues of lost payments.

I also wanted to address the review that voiced a concern regarding a lack of inclusion. This facility not only has diversity in its students, but also its staff. My little one is a minority as well as has a disability. She has been welcomed with open arms. She tells me everything. And I mean everything. If someone was disrespectful to her in my absence, I would know about it.

I say all that to say this….don’t believe all the negative reviews. Terri and her staff have been nothing but professional and compassionate. Go check out the school yourself and make the right decision for your family. Don’t choose your daycare based on a few disgruntled reviews. Otherwise you might miss out on this gem.

This daycare is HORRIBLE! If I could give a 0 star rating I would! I came into the daycare center to get an application & I definately will NOT work there considering I saw a child’s hand be slapped by a worker there. If you want your kid screamed at, kids slapped, kids running around with no supervision then be my guest take your kid here. but I would never bring my kid to this daycare center! My aunt use to take my little cousin to this daycare & now I know why she took him out. On top of all of this, from what i’ve heard they have a bug infestation. Now of course I’m not 100% sure on that but I wouldn’t doubt it considering everything I saw within not even 30 minutes of me being there. Every worker that is there is not professionally trained or has experience. My friend got hired there and got put with the new borns on her first day with no experience & she was shocked! My friend that works there also hasn’t got paid for two weeks of working! She’s been denied her check. Terri is NOT good at her job or handeling situations. She’s rarely ever there either. A worker there was also provoked from working with the newborns for not feeding them & not changing their diapers! Do NOT bring your kid here! I also highly bet that the few good reviews that are on here are fake. Because it says “google user” on all of them and there’s never been ONE good review before the past 2 weeks! Do your research before taking your kids here please! Makes me sick to my stomach!
