If our child is happy, were happy. My daughter loves it here! She looks forward to going to school every morning. No tears at all since her first day in MKU, I couldnt believe it. Drop-offs used to be so hard when she was going to another center. This either means she has outgrown separation anxiety or MKU is doing something right that makes her THAT excited/comfortable to go to school. There is something in their classrooms that makes the environment so relaxing and conducive to learning. We also believe in the Montessori way thats why we chose this school. Plus, the staff is wonderful! Every one has been so pleasant and very professional. We know our child is in good hands. We are lucky and ecstatic to find this place for our daughter thats close to home!
Our daughter (almost 4) has been attending MKU since she turned 2. She has thrived socially and in many other areas including Spanish from weekly sessions with their Spanish instructor, bike riding using the balance bikes on the playground, and motor skills like writing. She is constantly surprising us with things she has learned at school such as the different continents, new Spanish phrases, or yoga moves. Her eating habits are amazing, partially because of the diverse meals and healthy snacks provided. She loves her teachers, and is always excited to see them in the morning. I highly recommend getting in at this daycare!
