If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is absolutely horrible and rude. I have 2 children I was trying to enroll, and they told me the had availability for my 2 year old and my 3 years old would start the following week. This was not the case. Every week and they had more and more excuses as to why they couldn’t start the 3year old class which doesn’t help me at all. I understand things happen and things haven’t been the same since Covid but it’s the fact that they could never be transparent about the situation and any time I asked too many questions I got soo much attitude. So I unenrolled my 2 year old and a few months later decided that they would start at a different school. When I asked the school for my kids paper work back the lady had a disgusting attitude and wouldn’t even look to see if she still had my childrens files . But even when my 2yearold was going to school here they did not ever communicate things to the parents . On Halloween the kids were supposed to dress up as their favorite book characters but they did not inform me about it until the day before when I was picking up my son.which isn’t right. I don’t just have costumes laying around and I work a full time job I need time to prepare so of course my son didn’t get to participate. My son would have an accident and they would never tell me. I would find out from looking through the kids bookbag. Over all they lack communication skills and need staff with better attitudes they all seem like they hate their job.
Excellent school! My son went here for pre k and I found the school to be very refreshing when I walked in. Everything and everyone was organized, neat and tidy. The teachers are great, very patient and personable. My daughter is now starting her prek here. Happy customers always come back!
I remember going to this school this school was and I have is still very good I loved all of the best things we did during the summer programs I miss this school
