This school is one of the best thing that happened to our child. She has flourished in MSF under Ms Angeline’s care and guidance.

1. It’s a proper Montessori school that uses and practices actual Methods. We were not happy some of the schools that claim to Montessori in Fremont area as they hardly seem to practice them correctly.

2. The student teacher ratio is good here. I have seen this benefit our child.

3. They have a beautiful campus. When our child started school here it was peak Covid. So we couldn go in for a tour. We could only peek in from outside.

What really sold us was the huge playground that they have. Tour any Montessori or Pre- school in Fremont or South or East Bay Area for that matter. Such a great playground is so hard to come by. And the school and kids use the grounds fully.

And when we got the chance to go inside school after 1-1/2 year when things eased with Covid, we were not disappointed.

4. It’s a very close knit school. Every staff knows every child. Almost all children know each other across the classrooms. They all interacted during playground time. This always made us feel like they were a family. All Teachers genuinely cared for each children, irrespective of if they were from their class.

I have always been surprised how every teacher recognized me as my child’s mother during pick up, that too behind a mask.

5. The school has now brought in after school extracurricular activities like soccer, gymnastic, dance and music. This was very helpful as kids spent their afternoon time learning a new skill but with their friends. And this also enabled them to interact with other children from other class.

6. Beyond all, our great experience with the school has to be attributed to Ms. Angeline. I mention name because she deserves recognition for what she is doing with her class.

Our child started with her in 2021 and has been in her class for 2-1/2 years. Ms Angeline truly works with a child. If the child shows inclination towards something then they work on that until they master it. And the progress has been great. An example where we observed this is, when we observed one of our friends child reading, we were just not sure if our child should be reading then or not and were curious and asked Ms Angeline. She responded saying she will know when our child is ready and we trusted and left it at that. And when the time truly came and when they worked on phonetics and reading at school, our child just had a reading spurt.

Our child has only progressed and flourished in every aspect of learning. She made sure each of her children graduate as a strong kinder so that they can survive and thrive a normal school if they move out of MSF at elementary. We truly appreciate that thought from her.

All the learning and progress without the typical rigor of a normal school. All with the advantages of Montessori methods and learning. If you do get an admission in this school after getting past the wait list, don’t think further. Take up the admission.

P.S- Just the drive to the school every morning is such a perk. The school is beautifully nestled among the mission mountains. The rolling hills and changing seasons are a delight to drive by for drop off and pick up.

MSF on Washington Blvd is a great school with amazing staff. They are very friendly, flexible and keep improvising the system constantly to help the parents and kids.
My kid goes to MSF and she loves the environment there. Especially Ms. Jhoana (her teacher) who we have seen giving attention to individual kids based on their age and requirement. Ms. Jhoana is a very good teacher who listens to parents’ concerns or questions about the kid and the next time we see it is taken care of. She constantly keeps us updated about our kids’ progress and is open to taking suggestions. Overall we are very happy that our kid is in good hands 🙂
MSF curriculum is one of the best I have seen. It’s totally the practical way of learning which definitely helps the kids to learn hands-on. MSF also arranges additional activities for kids such as gymnastics, soccer and other extracurricular activities. It’s a one stop solution for working parents.
Well! I don’t know what to say, called this 2 weeks ago, told them I have a kid and I want to put him here since this day care is close, the lady ask how old is my son, after she found he is 3 months to 5 years old, she told me they had a waiting list , and she will have some one to call me back, and I wait and wait and wait for 2 weeks, there is no one call me, then I call the again, they told me they only take kids between 3 and 4 years old otherwise they expect kids to be in similar Montessori school before!

The thing piss me off is if they don’t want me kid to be in, just call me back and let me know , they should let me know if advance so that I don’t have to wait for them, to me it looks like they care profits more than kid!!!!
