The Director Eva was rude, unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. When speaking with her over the phone everything was good and we arranged a family school tour. When arriving to the school and meeting the Director it went totally bad. When she noticed we were from the LBGT community she completely treated our family as if she do not want us there. Hurtful and angry can not explain our emotions. The Director did not attempted to connect with our kids or as a total family. She simply showed us the room. She did not offer brochures etc. we had to asked questions to get any information. When asking about staff being vaccinated, she rudely and aggressively stated that she did not have to provide that information. Yes, it is not mandated. It would be nice to know, since you are working with babies, toddlers who can not get the vaccine. Truly, it their preference, however, I would like to know for the safety of my family. Personally and truly don’t care if she don’t support the LBGT community. Please be kind and respectful when speaking with anyone who is considering your child program. Also, had asked if they had any medical emergencies and how are they handle or the processed. The Director responded was she has never had medical emergencies rudely and aggressive. She also wanted to be addressed as Ms. Eva (The Director). We are two working professionals and will spend our hard earned money at another facility. No Thank you!! True colors to say the least.
HORRIBLE. Ms. Eva is very unprofessional. Rude and impatient. She made it seem like my son was the worst student in that school. She would call me every single day while I’m at work to complain or something negative to say about my son. Always calling to pick up my son. I ended up taking him out of the program early because all this school ever did was complain about my son. I’ve talked to other parents and they’ve said the same thing. I would not recommend this school AT ALL. They should help out the parents how to navigate their child, not just pick them up because they had a “bad day”. I switched to a public school and his behavior has changed since I removed him from this program. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
