My wife taught here for 7 months until the Lord called us to pastor a church in NC. I can honestly say that the negative reviews mentioned here are completely unfounded. The administration here were some of the kindest people we have ever had the privilege of working with. They treat their staff incredible and our own kids absolutely loved the school. Please do not pay attention to the negative reviews. To say that Abeka curriculum does not prepare a child for college is absolutely absurd. Look up reviews anywhere online and you will find that it is some of the most challenging curriculum one can use to teach children. Also, to those who have made negative comments about the Christian beliefs of this school, may I just say “IT IS A CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, WHAT DO U EXPECT?”. Parents just make an appointment there and u will see that this really is a tremendous school. Talk with Pastor Spicer and u will find that he is a very gracious and kind man. I run a school now of a very similar size and I can tell u that what MCA is doing is very difficult and they do it very well.

Went here for school. And the staff and faculty train the students to understand that what you learn will effect for a life time. Students in high school write papers for Bible and put in into application. Elementary students as well learn Biblical applications as an alumni student, MCA showed me that applying Biblical principles to everything and that it started with myself to apply that as well. MCA tried to give students various opportunities to learn from arts and sports and on! Every school is different for everyone! But I do recommend it and that everyone prays about the choice:)

Morgantown Christian Academy is probably one of the worst schools I have ever been too. They are extremely rude and judge mental towards their minor students. I was there for high school. the teachers would pass people even if they didn’t do there work. The teachers rewards the lazy students. When we had to do online school the lesson where either late that night or they just wouldn’t have lessons that day. I went to take my act and sat they did not teach me well enough. I was very under educated while I was there. Do not recommend this school.
