Sorry that Jason Roy experience wasn’t a positive one it must have been an isolated incident my daughter will be graduating in May after transferring to Morris 2 years ago, l found the students here to be courteous and very respectful with a president and faculty that are second to none and would not tolerate such behavior or culture to exist let alone continue.Negative situation can be found anywhere and on any campus but I’m sure that someone did not do they homework if they had they would have known that Morris College is one of the safest and secured campuses in South Carolina and probably on the east coast. We need more colleges like Morris that not only want their students to be successful but return to their communities prepared for greatness and prepared for GREATNESS! Because failure is not an option.
This review is long overdue and could be considered a longitudinal study at this point ??. I attended here in 2003 because I was a full-time student at FMU. I will have to say I had only attended secular college up until this point. In comparison to FMU, the classes were much smaller and I was nurtured here. I felt included in the conversation and was given a “seat at the table”. I will always appreciate my class and experience here and went on to attend only Christian universities for graduate school. If I were to return to SC, and needed to take courses, I would not hesitate to attend here. Definitely worth every penny and very affordable.
