ZERO STARS Worst people ever how is anyone going to contact or get any information with NO WEBSITE and I cant even call to ask questions. Horrible voice machine ever. Asking for my number and a password I have yet to create. If someone want there child to attend this how are they going to apply? Im a busy parent. First time mom and Ill be dammed if I cant even get in contact with someone in the front office. Just imagine if my child did attend and I couldnt get ahold of anyone. And to think I was going to have my child attend and 3 other kids. My recommendations hold heavy weight. I make people want to do things especially when it comes to kids. Im very trustworthy so when I say this place ISNT IT!!! Please put up a website and a phone number we can contact with a real live person
I’ve been trying to get ahold of this particular headstart program for many months, but to no Avail. There is no phone number to speak of that reaches a live person, but an automated message requiring a password? No website either. Highly unprofessional. If your child does attend here, how do you reach anyone? I am desperately seeking out another headstart program for my daughter, the location she is in currently, is riddled with dangerous, highly contagious bacteria, that ultimately had my child fighting for her life. I will never let her set foot back in the building at her current head start program. Something is obviously not right. Either they are doing no cleaning, or parents are low key sneaking in their very sick children so they can work or get their hair done.
