Great school, large parts have been rebuilt over the past 3-4 years. Teachers are always engaging.
PLEASE READ!!!!!

I used to go here as a student and can i say this was the worst school i’ve ever experienced as my first year of attending this school as a year 7 i was asked to leave only completing 1 year at MLMC. i left that school with no yr7 education due to 38 suspensions and not even given for fair reasons. i got suspended for forgetting to bring a pen to class, and once for being 3 minutes late. i am disgusted in how they handled the situation and even more disgusting in the fact that when I was so afraid that I was gonna be asked to leave that I stopped speaking, sleeping and eating for 5 weeks. my mental health was terrible and my body was physically shutting down and when my mum tried to talk to the school about it they simply said that it wasn’t there problem.they had no respect for my mental health or my learning if i wasn’t as strong as i was i reckon i wouldn’t cope at all not all people could have handled this situation.
so please if your thinking of sending your child here DONT!

DONT COME TO THIS SCHOOL YOU WILL REGRET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

most of the students are very mean and there are some weird teachers but other then that it is a very good school
being in year 8 of this school I can tell you that its horrible. some teachers don’t care about your mental state and the only thing they care about is if your wearing the right uniform or if your doing the work. there are some nice teachers I’ve had but one of my most favored teacher moved on. the whole learning environment is terrible and my goodness the polices are harsh and strict. 1 if you get caught with any item not being in the uniform you get a uniform infringement if you get 3 of those its an afterschool detention that goes until 4:30. 2 if your late 3 times to class (could even be under a minute) you get an afterschool detention. 3 if you have your phone out (not even using it) they take it until the end of the day if you are caught a second time they make it so the parent has to pick it up. The year 8/9 building is the worst by far it is literally a big dirty cafeteria then they slapped some classes into it and BAM you have the year 8 building. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!!
One star is one too many in my opinion!
I DO NOT recommend this school at all!!!
The teachers and students are bullies!
My daughter was bullied by her peers and after many phone calls with the school I learned that there was no documentation of the incidents having occurred.
The teacher I was dealing with regarding the bullying was the year level coordinator and she protected the bullies.
The school claims to have a no bullying policy and that incidents are very low and it would appear that way because they don’t document any of them. Shame on you Mt Lilydale!!!
