No one seems to know what’s going in,no one picks up to answer about registration or how to go about anything .but yet u go over to board education everyone who do works ther is talking too eachother,the worst I ever had to go though,standing like am stupid,you give in information to board Ed about yourself or your child ,it seems weird ,because the child endup in school maybe with the info you shared ,yet again you receive mail your not living at the location even after giving in a lease that’s new,it’s weird , to me board education likes too see one in trouble,nothing is done simple here in Mount Vernon ,am callIng today to find out some info again no one is picking up about updating my daughter,the worst board education I’ve been too ever……why am I updating with the info I give already makes no sense at all,It’s not like we moved ,,just horrible
Was trying to get my son into pre-k 3 last year. Went to the board of education and there was no one to talk to. A guard came out to inform me noone is allowed in the building then gave me a number to call. When I finally got to that person, did all the explanation, she said,”why would they give you this number I deal with special education enquiry,”so she gave me another number to call ??. When I got to this person she said oh sorry pre-k 3 program didn’t work out for this school year ??.
