This place is HORRIBLE, I hate the fact this is my child school district and I see why working families rather put there kids in private school. You can’t speak to nobody in person, in this building. They act like if there in the WhiteHouse or something smh mine you we have our kids in this pendamic in school with everyone, daily. These people are in here suppose to be working to help us with our children but instead are hiding inside the building not doing anything, because of what? They literally have there security guard of this place come out and talk to each parent, everytime. You CAN’T speak to nobody, which is unfathomable. I have a child who is suppose to recieve Special Education Services and they still aren’t helping ME with anything. I can’t get nobody on the phone neither, I feel my child is being neglected. This district is garbage and it’s no surprise, honestly. Take your child to private school if you can trust me. You don’t want to deal with this unprofessional and unreliable school district of Mount vernon for you’re child.
I spoke a human at this institution called ms lodge . She was very rude and unprofessional to me. When I asked her for her name she refused to respond, I asked to speak to her superior she put me on hold for a good minute and answered again a began to scold me about how I didnt giver her all the information for my daughter and gave me a lot of attitude. I explained that I would like to start shopping for back to school and she let me know that its my fault I took so long. This is a horrible school district. It is impossible to get into the physical building to speak to a human. Try to stay away from this place. Very unprofessional.
Im typing this review sitting on the steps in front of the building while a huge group of people stand outside waiting to be spoken to. Very very unprofessional. I will not be letting my daughter be apart of this place.
