Major waste of $80. Had never taken a test or classes in Colorado and the communication was sub par at best. No idea that if I failed there was no more chances and would lose my $80. Arthur was hasty with me at the start, and pushed me out of my good vibe when he robotically told me how to go test the car to be ready.

Then in my rushed feeling test, I was docked for steering wheel positioning, tight/wide turns, and pace of lane switching – and subsequently failed – I don’t think I would have failed in a normal setting, given 10,000 hours of driving experience, even in semis and large trucks…

Other customers apparently have had some issues as well, but I would have been okay with better questions and intro.

This poor driving test fal experience would not have happened had I not felt a unexpected sudden nervousness due to the drivers hasty, overwhelming attitude. If you want to just take your test, don’t go here.

At least he handed me off to Mike to review my driving and give me a “free” opportunity to practice, but after we reviewing what I did wrong, I realized I deserved better communication or another test on the house.

I tried calling in, but after a call back was told the owner was too busy to discuss the matter. I would not recommend this company due to poor communication. I’ll never use this company again, but hope they improve their service.

Even though they wouldn’t help me out given the timing, to the point that would have left me stranded from getting my license before traveling, I found a driver school in Longmont that had immediate availability. They also advertise a calm and comfortable experience, which is what I was expecting the first time, I suppose…

The environment and test was hectic, leaving lots of room for improvement for a professional drivers test experience. As an SEO specialist I would emphasize they need better driver school competition in the area…

Perhaps another local business can pick up the slack.

Do not book here if you actually want your child to learn to drive. I would recommend that you run, not walk to another driving school or you will likely spend your future walking since your license will be revoked. Let me count the things wrong with this place.
1. The receptionist, Connie, is a miserable, rude and unhelpful person. She needs to learn some customer service skills.
2. My son signed up for online classes. You need to also complete a paper workbook. Despite the high cost of the class, the workbook is provided as a copy of a copy of a copy(you get the picture) that is poor quality and the diagrams are hard to read.
3. When it came time to schedule your driving hours, good luck. Connie was rude yet again and very difficult to get in touch with.
4.Their systems/practices are old school. Their customers would benefit from appointment confirmations via text or email with all pertinent details, especially since they have multiple locations and some appointments require you to bring certain documents. The process is cumbersome and the people are rude.
5. Lastly, the driving hours were a joke. They spent time at every appointment taking the instructor for fast food or coffee. They didn’t even pay attention when my son was driving and instead just told him some things that the test would require him to do. You are supposed to do in town, highway and mountain. Loveland to Fort Collins doesn’t seem like enough highway time for a 2 hour appointment and my son never went on a mountain road.
6. Most critically, the person that answers the phone, Connie, is so rude and unhelpful that she will make you want to pull your hair out.

We showed up yesterday for my child’s driving lesson. We were nonchalantly told that the appointment was cancelled because the driver quit and that they left us a message. My reply was I never received a message. We discover that the voicemail was left on my 14 year olds nonexistent voicemail. Then we were told we can come back in 6 weeks. There was no apology, no care whatsoever. I pulled my child out of school, left work early and all they could do was look at me like “oh well”. I told the lady I was very upset and she replied that “I could leave and reschedule later”. Worst customer service ever! If we were to have missed our appointment we would have been charged a fee. They did not try to email me or call my correct phone number. They should have tried a little harder to reach me. We arranged our day around this appointment. The lady could care less how inconvenienced we were. If I were to have messed up one of my clients appointments I would have said sorry first of all! Second, I would have made sure to get the client back in asap.
