Rosa is very unprofessional. I was trying to get information she said she was to busy and the manager is there on Monday at 2pm and 7pm. Then she hung up on me. I had to call back to get her name and tell her that was unprofessional. I have an employee that I sent here to receive his certification for x-rays and he was unable to make it due to Covid-19. They are refusing to give him a refund or at the very least let him take the class that he already paid for. He paid $300 plus and would just like his certification course that he paid for in order to work. This place should have more compassion in a time of pandemic. I am a Dental practice manager and we understand and try the best we can to work with people in a time of crisis and not just take your money. If you do not want to return the money, which is not what he wants. Then at the very least let him complete the class that was already paid for.
I completed my 8 hour infection control course. One full day spent with a wonderful doctor and his assistants morning session was lecture and afternoon was lab work. Final exam was taken at the end with passing results you will receive your official sealed certificate. Great opportunity to continue your dental education
Absolutely love this school! Thanks to Dr. Sadeghpour and Rosa for helping me every step of the way. Enjoyed the time you guys took to really make me understand the concept of taking xrays. The course was hands on and very fun. Also enjoyed the pizza you guys bought us! Now Im a certified dental assistant
