As grandparents of two preschoolers (ages 3 and 4) at MY FIRST PLACE since 2016, first at Kings Creek site, and now at the current site, weve been able to witness the dedication and passion of the teachers and Pricipal towards the students, our children. The family-like atmosphere amongst the MFP staff and students, as well as their family, is amazing. The MFPs curriculum provide the children with age-appropriate fun activities that will ultimately prepare them to the challenges these children will experience as they start kindergarten. The MFP Teaching Team is exceptional at all levels… some words that come to mind in describing these teachers are dedicated, nurturing, passionate, caring, enthusiastic, patience, creative, professional, loving…. our Kids love their school and thats a great sign! Best wishes for continued success!
My daughter was 2 1/2 years old when I started her at My First Place Preschool, and my wife and I wanted a place where she could blossom socially and start getting used to a real school curriculum. Every day, she comes home with full reports from the teacher telling us how she did today. Lessons are planned and executed just like an actual academic year. The classes are small and intimate and allow for personalized teaching. My daughter’s teachers and her before-school caretakers are loving and vigilant, but they also let the kids have fun and develop their creative side. I highly recommend MFP, mostly because I can see my that my daughter feels secure, she is learning, and she is having fun every day!
From the moment we walked into My First Place, we knew it was the right fit for us. Our main purpose for putting our oldest daughter in pre-school was so she could socialize with other kids her age, but she got that and so much more out of her time at MFP. What we enjoy most about it, is the nurturing and loving administration that treat their students like their own. It is a school setting with that feels like home environment. The kids build bonding friendships there that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. If only our kids didnt have to grow up so quickly…I would keep them there forever!
