Being a first time mom, I was extremely nervous about sending my little one to day care. After having been in contact with Ms Stefany, we were able to get in for a tour, and I came prepared with quite a few questions. I loved that the day care director (Ms Ana) and the teachers in Infant A were so kind and patient with answering each question I had. They were so helpful and really made me feel comfortable. On the first day of daycare, my 4 mos old was welcomed with open and caring arms. I was admittedly in tears and the whole staff continued to comfort me and tell me it was okay and that it was normal for a mom to be nervous. They set me up on the app and made sure to send photos throughout the day.

The day care is about 20 minutes from our house, and there are quite a few day cares closer to us. However, the peace of mind, care and love that we feel from the whole staff is worth the extra commute time. Our little one loves the teachers and enjoys playing with the kids. The teachers are really good about keeping me informed, and I appreciate how attentive and diligent they are when I relay plans and preferences for my little one (feeding requirements, medicinal plans, etc.). I also appreciate how dedicated they are to his development. They encourage activities focused on achieving the next milestone and keep me looped in on his progress. Lastly, I love that they are teaching him Spanish as well as sign language.

Another aspect I enjoy about MyPlace are the family events. So far, we’ve spent Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Grandparents Day and International Day with them and are looking forward to the upcoming Trunk or Treat event. It’s so great to connect with the teachers and other families at the daycare. I love the sense of community the staff creates for us!

All in all, I honestly cannot imagine my little one being anywhere else but MyPlace Cinco Ranch and look forward to spending the next few years with them!

My Place in Cinco Ranch is a wonderful day care. The staff are fantastic, so happy, caring and great with the kids and what sets this place apart from anywhere else. My two daughters (3 and 1) have been attending here since March since moving from the UK and they love coming here. The facility is lovely, modern and clean with spacious rooms and outdoor space. Their day is well structured with a good blend of play and learning and learning through play. The summer splash days are a big favourite for my eldest! I love that they learn Spanish and do activities like dancing as well their other core curriculum. I highly recommend this day care.
My family toured this daycare, and the facility is ok. However, we did not move forward with registration. The daycare wanted us to pay their registration fee before they would send us the registration paperwork. I have dealt with many daycares in the past and this was the first time I had come across this situation. Typically once you actually register your child you pay all the related fees. Not at this daycare.
