I gave one more star than I wanted to just because I’m grateful for the experience. My frustratiòn has just turned into disappointment at this point. Things happen and Michelle, who was my teacher is a beautiful person inside and out. In my line of work, I realize I feel too bad about taking money from people. These people are the opposite they do not care. Probably the biggest thing I’ve learned from them is to care le$$. I felt like I was honestly taken as a joke in the office. I already lost money to them for needing to cancel last minute which I understand, but they set the tone, as it was done to me more than once after literally my first lesson. Because of the constant cancellations I figured there’d be more understanding and compassion. From the beginning I completely understood and never really got upset, until now. Very poor communication and very poor customer satisfaction. I definitely did not get my moneys worth at all. I’ve had 5 lessons, supposed to be 6. I’m a doctor at a clinic who has a passion for helping people, and strong love music. So it’s sad, and hard for me to say, there has been no helpful, or useful, information that I’ve been able to touch let alone learn. Honestly great place for kids, teens, and elderly. I feel like I should have known to go elsewhere to get serious efficiency and direction.

I travel 35 minutes from Concord to Nashua for voice lessons at the Nashua Community Music School and have for four years because they are simply the best and worth it! As an adult student, I find the school a wonderfully supportive place where you’re never too old to pursue a passion, with truly outstanding teachers. The school has also adapted beautifully to the pandemic and managed to make lessons via Zoom enjoyable and a welcome break from working from home. I cannot recommend NCMS enough to anyone.
