Our child had an amazing experience at the Environmental Science and Sustainability Program! The staff was extremely helpful both before the program began, and on-site. The speakers and field trips were wonderful experiences that expanded our child’s views and options in terms of college and careers. We wanted an on-campus experience that would inspire and motivate our child to think about what was important going into the process of applying to college and NSLC delivered. It is expensive, but for us it was worth it to help our child understand the possibilities for colleges, majors and careers. An amazing, valuable experience!
My daughter had such a great time attending the medical program at Northwestern University. The friendships built, TA mentorship, hands on experience and guest speakers have left a lasting impression on her. It was quite the sight to see the students sad and crying to return back home! They would have stayed much longer, if they could have. Thats the kind of experience we wanted for her and she got it at NSLC.
My daughter loved this program! She was nervous but all the kids were super friendly and her TA was soo nice (according to her). The program was super organized and kept parents up to date. The schedule was packed. Students stayed busy the entire day until like 9pm. She learned alot and liked the labs. She actually enjoyed the presentation at the end. I also loved the dress standards the program had!!!
