We were so excited to have found a preschool we liked to send our twin boys to! It seemed perfect for us as a family! Unfortunately, after the choas today while registering we will no longer be sending our children there. I was quoted a rate for part time care, three days a week. Today I went to register our boys, all the paperwork was completed and notarized, I couldn’t believe my babies were about to start school!!! Once I arrived my original thoughts about the school quickly changed. Megan (director) who I had spoken too numerous times and even toured the school with her had no recollection of who I was. She first gave me a total for full time, which I corrected her. She then gave me a price for part time, which I corrected her again. From there her and her assistant went through their text messages on their phones looking for the rate they quoted me. Finally, I was quoted the correct rate. I paid with a check for the registration fee plus the first weeks tuition. Everything was all set. I walked out of there and felt like a million bucks, our kids were starting preschool!!! Thirty minutes later I received a call from Curessa asking me to call her. I assumed something was missing from the paperwork but boy was I wrong. She proceeded to tell me that when they calculated the fee their math was off and it was actually $50 more per week. We have been discussing this school with our boys for a few weeks, we drive by often to show them and they get so excited, we look at pictures on the Facebook page and now I have to explain to two four year olds why they won’t be going to school there anymore. They will be going to preschool just not this one!!! It is not about the money, it is about the lack of communication and how the situation was handled. If the front office (first impression) is this unorganized then I can only imagine how unorganized everything else is. Everything happens for a reason…right?!!?!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this school is. After having a horrible first daycare experience at another center, I know know that THIS is how a real school should operate. Ms. Jan, Ms. Alex and Ms. Nicole TRULY care and treat my child like their own. That’s something that you can’t put a price tag on. They are amazing and I’m so grateful for them! They are always cleaning, the place is spotless. Very safe and wonderful place. Highly recommend. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR OUR FAMILY!!!
