I thought having my kid leave APS would limit the indoctrination preached to my kid but has not. The same situation was handled in the same manner as APS would of handled it in about every way. I made a comaint by webmail but No response to it. No message left to me regarding it. I have no email responding on my complaint. It was swept under the rug. Only my kid’s next writing assignment regarding politics. The kids in this program refuse to attend lessons because of the teacher rants on politics for no apparent reason. Makes students so uncomfortable, they are not attending the lessons. Still no response or acknowledgement at all. It is so sad when a teacher is not held up to same standards as other professions. Since they are a strong impact in our kids lives. I can’t push or talk about politics or it’s unethical and prohibited to do so. I can’t push my personal beliefs on others without having consequences. In our education system where ever a child attends can do so. By putting your kid in this program you talk to everyone on the phone not really having no face to face interaction when there is a complaint. I am pretty their response will be to contact someone by email but I already did. The lack of response might continue.

It is being a beautiful experience where my daughter and I can spend more time together now. I work from home, and sometimes needs to travel. We travel together, I focus on my work and she and her daily routine at school.

Great communication, teachers are very reachable and helpful to assist at any moment. She is being having great grades, and when she miss a 100 on any task she communicate with her teacher ask to do an assessment on the subject to increase the grades.

For me that level of flexibility, is being a game changer. I love that fact that she is becoming more independent, responsible. and conscious how to create her own level of performance.

RE: Enrollment. Excessive hold times with no explanation or preparation, NO answers to multiple calls and voicemails to the local campus after being directed to contact someone there. NO response to email inquiries. Excessively long placement process with no explanation THEN after all the trouble trying to get information, getting waitlisted despite an email indicating we could complete enrollment AND the website indicating enrollment is open. Shame on you, Connections Academy and NM Connections Academy for selling empty promises and virtual fluff to parents who are trying really hard to get their kids a different kind of education.
