I had trouble getting the superintendent form and was having problems logging into the portal. I emailed and called for months. The person that answered the phone seemed to be the only one working. Every time she transferred me to someone no one ever answered the phone or return my messages. I had to go through a friend to get help. Its So ridiculous that they cannot do their job or at least answer the phone!!!!
Parking us scarce because the State Legislative body reserves it but doesn’t use it.
Pure trash department. They never answer the phone.
