Good teachers. The only one I do not recommend is teacher Hannah, she is passive aggressive in her comments. It was reported every of the head school authorities like principals none talked to her. Instead of the principal said it is her personality to make jokes about take one student to make her jokes in the classroom with the group and then get empathy between other students. As a Professor, I ‘ve never put down any student to get empathy with other students, a Professor is a coach not an enemy, joker or bully. I told the class I was being assaulted in Brooklyn and she laughed saying “I was being dramatic “, she doesn’t show any empathy or humanity for people.

The departament of customer services and Admissions say; it is ok what makes Hannah to continue with her passive aggressive comments, interrupting and not letting the all the students express the same measured time (3min), it creates a bullying and stress environment.

It do not think when she taught in Mexico for one year. She was treated badly in our culture. Principals and administrators never took any action or warning to the professor what made her to behave more rude.

Best regards!!

I want to tell you how much New York English Academy helped me with my English. It was really good! The teachers were great and I learned a lot. The best part was the field weeks. We got to learn English and see New York City. It’s a beautiful city with many things to see. The teachers took us to important places like museums and landmarks. I also made friends with my classmates and we practiced English together. Overall, New York English Academy was a good choice for me. It helped me improve my English and I had a lot of fun exploring New York City. I would recommend it to others.
