I love Nichols as a whole, the faculty is great, but the principle not so much!!! If you have a problem or anything don’t expect Ms. Nance to do anything, she won’t even so much as call you back (trust me I called her for 2 weeks straight)! I had an incident where one one of the TA’s almost mowed my child down with her car and she didn’t even do much as call me back; she is the most uninvolved principle I’ve ever met in my life, but if you get past her, the rest of the staff are awesome!
If you’re a substitute teacher, do not work at this school!!! They will discriminate on you and if you do even the slightest thing wrong, you’re gone. This place is a subs nightmare.
