I should have wrote this earlier but hopefully things have changed for the better.

Had my son enrolled here last year but had to take him out last July, had so many issues. what is the point of asking us to fill in what we want for nido to achieve with our kids? You need to reevaluate your main educators from last year. The only time my son was happy was when you had your relief educators in to cover the main educator who wasn’t present. I was called one time to tell me to come in and pick up my kid because he was bleeding from scratching, only for me to rush down and it was tiniest broken skin, talk about giving up early. And everytime he was in your childcare in the updates which don’t get updated very much until i called and ask how my son is doing, was that he ate extra for lunch (almost everytime!).. So when i pick up my son at 2 to 3pm and he’s starving and asking me for food and i ask him did you not eat? he would say no eat. And that one time i pick him up and he was outside sipping from his water bottle that had NO water in it. and i ask him again did you just finish the water? he said no, no water long time.. but what really made me decide to take my child out was when the educator downstairs told me that her daughter had a comforter at childcare and its fine for her, so i should let my son continue using his comforter the whole time and let him just drag it around. i had said from the start and many times after that its only for him to sleep with.. what did my son achieve, crying everytime when he had to go to childcare. i wrote that i would like to have him toilet trained and off his comforter and no attempts were made.. Only when the relief educator was there to say to me its ok she will make sure he doesn’t have it. and surprise surprise my son didn’t have a comforter and was not crying and tells me he enjoyed himself that day.. Don’t bother trying to call me and asking me why i wrote this because i gave really tried. I had heard many good things about Nido but it wasn’t this branch.

Recently I received a Learning Journal of my child from the educator and am really happy about the details and dialogues captured in the journal. Great work, Annie and Nido Riverton

My son has been here over one year. He is so happy here. All the staffs are amazing especially Deasy is super friendly and help us all the time. Strongly recomand !

My daughter loves to go Nido Riverton.

As we speak in a different language at home, i’m every time worried about my daughter to settle in a centre but i can see that she is always happy with her friendly educators and lovely friends. And i can see that she slowly understands English simple words.

I am delight to see her pictures via Story Park app and checking her routine is also making me feel very comfort. We are very happy with their facility, environment, fee, foods, snacks and everything!

They take money out of your bank account and won’t care. They will promise you they would deduct correct amount and then keep debiting a fortune. Stay away if you can. They are extremely unprofessional. They are robbers please please stay away. They would keep taking money from your bank account. I have contacted my bank and reported as fradulent transaction as Nido continued to debit money and giving me partial refund.
