I had an agreement with Karen that I would pay the fee at the end of the week. When I went in on Tuesday I was told that I had to make a payment. I couldn’t really do that as I was already running late for my new job and I had to get gas. So by the time I got gas I only had $20. I tried to give it to the staff working but she wouldn’t take it and said I had to pay the full $60 before I could drop my kid off. “Are you freakin kidding me?!” I replied “ I have to go to work I am already late” I then told her let me get my kid. She got my daughter and we left.
I returned today (Thursday) and by the time I got my daughter out of the car another staff lady came outside and asked if I had gotten ahold of Karen, I said no. She said “ I can’t let you in until we talk to Karen, we haven’t been able to get ahold of her“ I asked what her number was and she said something along the lines of not to “ raise my voice”. I wasn’t. I merely asked what her number was so I could call her. She then said that I wasn’t aloud in not with how I treated “her” staff (This chick wasn’t even the boss) She had said that I yelled and cussed at “her” staff. I did not. I did raise my voice but I surly did not cuss at the staff. The closest I said was “are you freakin kidding me” I was livid. She then said she had parents and other staff whiteness this ( there wasn’t any other parent there)
When you make an agreement with a parent for a payment plan. You stick to it and let your staff know. Very unprofessional and irritating. Never again will we be going back.
Writing this review has me in tears. We love the staff at Noah’s Ark. We are devastated we have to leave due to a job opportunity that was outside of their hours of operation. They treat your kids like their own. They care about your child’s feelings. They care about their health and safety. They are patient! They are kind! My daughter always came home telling stories about her adventures at Noah’s Ark. The food always smells amazing (especially breakfast). There is always cute surprises in their art cubbies like goodie bags on holidays and hand made ornaments for the Christmas tree along with plenty of pictures for the fridge. The staff goes above and beyond for the kids in their care. My daughter truly loved Mrs. Karen, Ms. Terri, and Ms. Sierra. If you want a daycare that feels like you’re dropping your child off with family take them here.
