I can not say enough great things about this place. My son attended there for two months at the end of 2020 in the toddler room. The teachers and directors are great. They have an app to get constant updates and they all have been very accommodating to certain needs I had in order to support the work being done with my son’s speech therapist and nutritionist. In December my son was suddenly diagnosed with a cancerous tumor. The director started a meal train, as well as putting together a giant gift basket of toys and snacks for my son. The outpouring of support from the staff and the other families has been overwhelming, in the best way possible. Just writing this bring tears to my eyes. We’ve had only been with them for a few months but we were already a part of the family. They held our spot, at no charge, and now that we have a grasp on handling his cancer treatments we will be returning later this month. They are letting him return to the tots room, even though he has since turned 2, because it’s familiar and they will wait to move him to the 2 year old room until we are ready. In the short time my son was there last year his language and social development increased dramatically in a short period of time. I can’t wait to get him back there as soon as possible. To say they are amazing is an understatement!
We went on a tour for this place and I feel that I need to say something about this place for the sake other parents. The manager took us in and then took us to the infant room to call the teacher and ask her to take us for a tour. Right in the middle of class. There were like +8 infants left in the room (in their cribs, as the teacher just finished mopping the classroom floors when we came in) couple of them were crying so hard and tge teacher was uncomfortable giving us a tour as no one was helping these two poor babies. There was another adult woman in the room not sure if a teacher or not, but she was just sitting doing nothing while babies were crying, then the teacher had to take us out of the room to show us around for the rest of the tour. As we came back inside, the manager brought in another lady who wants to bring her baby and asked the teacher again to give tour and not attend to the babies. I felt very uncomfortable and sad for these babies, a teacher who is attending an infant shouldn’t be interrupted to give tours to visitors, in all places we toured, its usually someone in management who would take us. I hope this review will be read by one of the parents.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place just from seeing the manager interaction with the teacher and the toxic work environment.
