If you’re a mom looking for a place to take your child don’t go here. The peds doctor only works twice a week so be prepared to never get in for an appointment and to constantly be rescheduled by the office a week before waiting two months for your appointment. This doctors office is constantly disappointing. I can’t stress this enough: don’t waste your time here. If you come early to your appointment you have to wait 30 minutes or more. If you come late you have to wait 30 minutes or more. It’s always a lose lose with this place. Doctor always downplays my concerns. As a first time parent, she acts like I have no idea about how my child is, when in fact, I’m the one with them everyday. The doctor is too busy with the mass of patients that go here to actually care. Also don’t even get me started with the customer service. It takes at least 15-20 minutes to even talk to anyone in reception. You’re so much better off going to a smaller doctors office so they actually take care of your family.
The worst place in the world. Very unprofessional, unsanitary, unorganized just all around horrible beyond measure. I went for gynecological check up. The male nurse didn’t know what he needed to set up for that. He goes in the hall and proceeds to yell to another nurse to get this. So now I have 2 so called nurses come in the grab the items from the drawer on the crusty bed I was on,they reach in no gloves grab the items hand them to the other no gloves. Then they disappear and another unloved person comes in and grabs the items.that was only a portion of 1 visit. There is more and it’s bad. They called me to tell me my breast exam came back negative and I hadn’t even gone to have it done until 2 days after that. So much more. They should be shut down.
I want to say that when you can get into seeing your doctor they are professional and listen to your concerns, but everything else is a nightmare. Nurses are mostly rude , they will push back appointments for months at a time. Then you finally get in and there is an issue with a prescription like I recently had they don’t even contact the doctor. the nurse takes liberty’s to guess what the prescription was supposed to be after I was just met with the doctor and he had no problems with it. They need to hire nicer staff and if there’s an issue, the doctor should be the ones fixing it , not some angry nurse.
