We started our kids at this Great school in preschool and they are now in 6th grade and 9th grade, and they love it! With all the problems north county public schools are having these days with helping kids achieve, we found this school to be the absolutely best option for us. The ethnic diversity of the staff and students provide an excellent example of how Christian harmony should be demonstrated in the world today. Recent improvements in the facilities include Smart Boards in many of the classrooms and air conditioning in nearly all of the student areas. The teachers take individual interest in each student but also expect the parents to work closely with them. Oh, and the athletics are awesome! Go Crusaders!!! Our family looks forward to many more years of involvement at NCCS and hope that other parents will come by and tour this school if they are looking to make a special investment in a child’s education, preparation for college and Christian character.
North County Christian School has been serving the North County area since 1962. It has grown from a Kindergarten of 12 students to and Preschool through High School of nearly 350 students. The NCCS 14 acre campus includes three classroom buildings gym cafeteria two playground areas for the younger kids and soccer stadium and field for Middle and High School competitive sports. Our Kindergarten student learn to read on a first to second grade level and our high school students’ ACT average is 24.1 with opportunity to earn college credits in our AP classes at NCCS. North County Christian is non-denominational in it’s religious approach and welcomes students of all faiths. My three children have graduated from NCCS and now I have my first grand daughter attending in the preschool. As a parent I was very pleased with the education study habits and spiritual guidance my kids received at NCCS. Believe me you won’t be sorry.
I love this school!
As a teacher and parent of NCCS I am very pleased at the quality of education the school provides. This school has high expectations of each student so they can succeed beyond their walls. I believe through a rigorous hiring process NCCS employs great educators that care about the end result of each student. I have been blessed with the Administration and Staff as a parent and impressed at the time and energy that has been given to my child ti grow as a person and as a young learner!
This school is an asset to the St. Louis area, and seeing as though some graduates travel the globe, it’s an asset to the world, in my opinion!
