If you care about the safety, well-being, and development of your child, run as far away as possible from Kindercare. This daycare, if you can even call it that, is an absolute nightmare that no child should have to endure. Prepare yourself for a tale of incompetence, neglect, and utter disappointment. From the moment I walked through the doors of Kindercare, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen. The staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and appeared to have zero training or expertise in child care. They were disinterested, inattentive, and seemed to view their job as nothing more than a paycheck. The very people entrusted with the safety and nurturing of young children showed no care or concern for their well-being. The nutritional aspect at Kindercare was nothing short of appalling. I witnessed children being served processed junk food and sugary snacks as if they were the main staple of a healthy diet. The complete disregard for proper nutrition is not only detrimental to the children’s immediate well-being but also sets a poor example for their long-term health habits. It is a disgrace that a daycare entrusted with caring for children can neglect such a fundamental aspect of their development. But perhaps the most devastating aspect of my experience with Kindercare was the complete absence of any meaningful educational activities. It seemed as though the staff had no concept of the importance of early childhood education. Instead of fostering a stimulating learning environment, children were left to aimlessly wander or entertain themselves with mindless activities. Kindercare’s lack of dedication to educational development is a betrayal to every parent who entrusts their child’s future to them.

Sketchy billing. Do not put down a deposit to hold a spot. They will tell you deposit is refundable and then if you back out will ghost you. Eventually they get back to us to tell us the deposit was actually non-refundable and we should talk to corporate with any complaints. They entire time they refused to give us the number to contact the “director” of the facility who was in charge of billing. They will continue to pass you up the chain and tell you they will have them call (they won’t call).

The whole place seems extremely sketchy. In the process of applying the daycare was closed for an entire week due to the water heater being down. The building is old and looks run down. We showed up for a scheduled tour and the management had already left for the day and completely forgot about us. Was not impressed with any of the staff we saw at the facility when we showed up for the appointment.

If you want to warehouse your child in an old building and be charged questionable fees and have random cancellations of availability this is the place for you.

Every parent we have talked to since our issue has had similar negative experiences with the facility. Regret ever dealing with them but there are limited spots available for childcare. This is probably the only reason they can stay in business.

I cannot express strongly enough how utterly abysmal my experience was. From start to finish, this place was a complete disaster and a danger to the well-being of any child unfortunate enough to be enrolled there. It is my duty to warn all parents and guardians to stay far, far away from this nightmare of a daycare. First and foremost, the staff displayed an alarming lack of professionalism and basic competence. It was clear that they had no genuine interest in the children’s safety or development. They were negligent, inattentive, and completely disorganized. Numerous times I witnessed staff members engaging in their personal conversations or glued to their phones while the children were left to their own devices. It was as if the staff had forgotten that they were responsible for the welfare of innocent children. The facilities were shockingly inadequate and downright hazardous. The premises were dirty, unkempt, and appeared to have never seen a thorough cleaning. I shudder to think of the germs and bacteria lurking in every corner. The play areas were a nightmare, with broken toys, sharp edges, and poorly maintained equipment that posed a serious threat to the children’s safety. I cannot fathom how this daycare managed to pass any sort of inspection or maintain a license.
