This place is terrible
The teachers here don’t get trained well
My mum pays for my piano lessons which cost like upwards of PS 500+ and the teachers don’t let me go to the lessons saying “Oh your going to miss your lesson so that will be a C4 for truanting” Seriously why not educate your teachers that these piano lessons cost a-lot of money. If you want to be a school start teaching your teachers how to properly do lesson interventions
there are SO many stupid things that this school does that does NOT help with student education AT ALL
im in year 9, soon going to 10.
i had a very bad experience with this school regarding bullying, mental health, and education in general. teachers ask you questions you’ve never learnt, they don’t even apply half of their own rules to students (such as no dyed hair), they barely do anything about bullying and mental health as many of my friends said the teachers have been pretty bad towards them about it, education is misleading, confusing, and help is barely provided by a lot of teachers.
students are also pretty immature and are clearly not dealt with since they act out against the school rules and teachers.
as a student, please don’t send your child here. not worth it if you want them to struggle, be mislead, possibly bullied and left unhelped, etc. this is a warning
People definitely exaggerate how bad the school is due to the self fulfilling prophecy however from my experience as a student who has been at this school for a full 5 years teachers are not as bad as everyone says they are there were a few bad experiences I have had as a “good” student but overall half of the teachers do know what they’re doing and are good at their job making sure every single pupil in the classroom understands what is being taught and punish behaviour fairly some of the good teachers left though because they deserve much better therefore I do believe it is the students behaviour that makes the school look bad mistreating the teachers the experiences I have had with some students are just traumatic because they are genuinely so rude for absolutely no reason and give teachers attitude when they are just trying to do their job however there is teachers that are absolutely clueless on the subject they are teaching but I know this is in every school anyway since the school has had a title of being “the worst in the town” it is most likely that this reputation will stick to them forever even though the school isn’t all that bad all the maths teacher slay though love them same with history and Spanish idk about the rest though science has definitely gone down hill rip miss kocisova though
New school wi expect more in the future for the children, it’s New experience in this area it’s only this school so money children close to town centre and so much attractions, easy to put and take the children
This school is absolutely terrible, I have been going for just over 2 years. The teachers barely assist you with anything, and they give detentions out for the most unreasonable things. DO NOT send your kids to this school. I am a student by the way.
