I brought my daughter here to get her nails done for an upcoming recital. The tech she got was honest that she doesn’t really do nails, so I’m not sure why they are giving her nail clients. I don’t fault her , but she completely botched my daughter’s nails. I returned the next day to ask to have them fixed and even though I was there at 2:45 and they don’t close until 4: 00, they said it wasn’t enough time. They turned us away without even a refund, even though I told them she has a recital on Sunday. In addition, the place is dirty and the towels aren’t changed, nor is anything wiped in between clients. There was hair on the towel that I had to put my hands and arms on and what looked like a toenail in my chair. In all fairness, the girl who did my nails did a good job, but if they can’t stand behind their work then I won’t be back.
Always go for free haircut week. I always take my son and daughter to get cuts too it’s not always perfect but they are students trying to learn and for me if there is an uh oh it’s ok it can be fixed it’s just hair and it will grow back anyways. About 90% I’m happy with results but always go back each time because it’s a new round of students who need heads anyways. My son always goes with a somewhat buzz cut and daughter just wants a trim I usually go with a layered bob. This time when I went my daughter’s trim ended up more like a slight layered trim but doesn’t look too bad and she loves it so win win.
Ive been going to this place since I was 14 years old, man has it changed. Miss Jody took over and improved that place so much. She deserves five stars! Her students some are good some not. I went in for a flat iron and trim came out with a full cut. My hair is so short in the back. I just grew it back!!!! Before that, I got an eye eyebrow wax. One eyebrow came out bigger than the other. The point is she needs more instructors on the floor, rotating make sure the students are doing their assignments (hair clients) Correctly!!
