The courses were very well presented in a friendly and time bound manner. They covered exactly what was needed for the purpose of obtaining your licence from the first attempt. The design was done well to complement both the national and state portions simultaneously, which was important for me. The professor’s wealth on knowledge, especially practical experience and the background in the real estate industry (15 years) was also a key, as we had real life situation examples to fortify the theory. I definitely recommend Azmi and the courses the NVRE presents. I received my licence stress free.
The classroom environment was best for me. Having an instructor guiding us was helpful in going through the material and the questions that other participants asked were helpful for my understanding of the subject matter. It is important to remember that the study you do on your own outside of class will probably be crucial for your success. I took the PSI a couple of weeks after finishing the class and passed both the National and State portions with time to spare. I also took the opportunity to contact the instructor for additional advice.
