Northside, The school i attended since i was in k3, i left this year in 8th grade and i would like to say that this school IS NOT a place to send your child. The bullying here is ABSURD! and i went to talk to the staff about this and was simply told “ignore it” after being told to kill myself or having a rumor about myself.. an 8th grader being pregnant. They do not care about honoring God, as they should. They worry about stats and money.. The teachers here are not as decent as they should be, they yell at students for not understanding the teaching as soon as its laid down. It is a very SEXIST school and very all around rude, this school has fallen short of the Glory of God and i do NOT recommend. Teachers here flirt with young students, as it happened almost everyday in my classes with female teachers and young students 10-12th grade. Teachers even rubbed their legs across male students’ laps.. but of course it goes ignored cause nobody wants to work at this school for the low amount of money they make. That is all.

I went here from 9-12th grade and just graduated. This school is very judgemental and only cares about the kids that play sports and/or if your parents work there. VERY FEW teachers left a positive impact on my life. I also developed severe anxiety and started therapy because of this school and would dread going to school there everyday. The principle made me have an hour detention and during that i had to pick up big heavy desks, mind you im 100 lbs, and throw them over my head into the dumpster and i started crying and she just stood there and watched me. But this is just my experience. 10/10 would not recommend unless your child plays sports and kisses up to everyone. I would also like to add a certain teacher flirting with male students and talking bad about me in front of a whole class that i wasnt in and about other students but NOTHING was ever done about it even when i went to the headmaster.

We have been at NMA for 3 years and have had an amazing experience! Our teachers have been extremely qualified and not only educate but also pour Christ into our children. The curriculum is great and the teachers actually have the tools and time to interact and give focused attention to their students. The principals are visible and involved with the children and parents. Our school feels more like family than anything else. We LOVE NMA and we are definitely lifers!
