Our son has attended NSA since 9th grade and will be graduating in June this year. This school has been such a blessing for us! The education is incredible as they offer a variety of courses including dual enrollment and AP classes. The teachers here are excellent and are always willing to help and encourage and meet students right where they are. They focus on the students learning the material and not just giving them a grade. The office staff is also very kind and helpful with whatever questions we’ve had as parents. Their online tools make it very easy for parents to stay connected and up-to-date with their student’s progress. Each class weaves in biblical concepts, which we love. They even have chapels, clubs, National Honor Society, eSports, an in-person graduation, and so much more. We were concerned that our son might miss out on some opportunities by going to school online, but this school is everything we could’ve wanted and more!

Our family has been with North Star Academy for the past 10 years. We have seen it grow and change and become a top-notch online Christian Academy. We have always been pleased with the level of support and professionalism from the administration, guidance, IT and teachers. Everyone is helpful and always glad to answer questions. We live overseas and love the flexibility that North Star Academy provides. My children have received an excellent education and have gone on to colleges in the U.S.
The class offerings are diverse and if North Star didn’t have what we were looking for, we were able to transfer in credits from other institutions. My children didn’t engage in many of the clubs but there are many ways students can interact with other students and many ways for parents to interact with each other as well. I highly recommend North Star Academy.

Northstar has been a blessing to my family over the past 7 years! 3 of my children have graduated from NSA and are thriving! The staff is so amazing and really makes the experience personal! Northstar offers a wide variety of classes that have fit my children’s diverse needs. The NSA staff also understands well the needs of students overseas. We have experienced school here on both sides of the world, and have felt understood and included. Northstar has a student council which several of my kids have been a part of as well! There is an enormous online community of families all over the world that feels unique to this place. I highly recommend NSA to any family looking for a Christ-centered online school!
