Hello everyone, as my first time at this university it is a privilege to be there, it is a very humble and friendly school, I have not yet completed the year, but with so little time they make you feel as if you were part of the family I recommend those who are curious to enter, I assure you that they will not regret it, they will feel very loved and respected, they will treat you as if you were part of the family, they are attentive to everything you do and responsible so that you can fulfill your desires and goals while being with They, they ensure that you are always satisfied, always leaving with a smile. Also, I am very proud to have a teacher named “Dr.Rojas” Greetings to him, he is a very kind, gentlemanly, friendly, and creative teacher, and he loves his students, you will feel special, I do not regret being in this university! neither are you – greetings and thanks to all…;) i would love to give more stars !!!!
Its a struggle to reach anyone via phone. And if they answer they hang up on you. Not too happy with the student service thats been provided the last few months. The teachers are great and Mariam is also an angel, but I would suppose if a student is calling they must have a question. So for them to answer & then tell you I cant hear you and immediately hang up is crazy for me.
Update: I was called almost immediately and assisted by the program director who was very kind and understanding. He even provided me with his work cellular phone number in case I ever had issues reaching someone at the front desk, I usually dont have issues with FTC as theyre an amazing school. My only issue was the front desk & its been resolved, thank you FTC for caring for us students and pushing us to learn each and everyday! ??
I am a later years student who decided to make a change in my life after so many years in Management. FTC has welcomed me into the family. The process from beginning with admissions until now in my classroom setting has been smooth and effortless. The teachers care about your education and your success. I would recommend everyone to come in and listen to how they can help improve your life and skills.
