This school so far is unprofessional. I cant get into contact with ANYONE about my ebook thats aid for with finaid. I emailed them a total of 40 times, called, left voicemails, wrote on their FB, and contacted the instructor who cant even help. I have to navigate through the course without a book lmao I refuse to pay for it when its already paid for but they just not putting it on my course. I suggest you find another school because if I knew it was going to be like this I wouldve found another school who has the program Im enrolled in. I dont live in Nola so its hard to go there. My classes are online.
This school communication is horrible ! they NEVER answer the phone especially the financial aid office I dont understand why they have a number !! Its not like they are busy because when you go to the school every one in the financial aid drop is literally not assisting no one . This is outrageous
