At the end of the year there is field day (Green Day)
The teachers say that you need a A for P.E or Math “THIS TRIMESTER” to be able to attend or have honor role, perfect attendance. I currently have a A in P.E and they never gave me a slip. When I emailed my P.E teacher and called the school the office said you need HONOR ROLL, and when I emailed my teacher they said you need a A in P.E not honor roll. Very confusing and angering, when I emailed my teacher he said you needed a A all year in P.E to get into Green Day so they lied to all the students that you only needed a A this trimester to go but a complete lie or lack of communication. They also sell over priced snacks, the Snapple is three dollars and sugar is bad for the students, and a lot other junk food.
HONESTLY, if I could give this school LESS than one star I would in a heartbeat. They claim that they are “bully free” but yet the VICE PRINCIPAL herself, Melissa Williams, claimed that my sister shoes were slippers – she was wearing moccasins with a thick rubber soul – and then laughed when my sister insisted they weren’t. She then started walking with another teacher not even listening to the claim of the 8th grader, and shouted (while laughing and walking away with another teacher) that her shoes were only $10 and from walmart – why that has ANYTHING to do with what they were talking about is a mystery to me, but this was UNCALLED for and for someone who wants to become a “bully-free” school, seems to have a little immature bully inside of herself.
