This school has been placed under investigation for child abuse and negligence. My child stated A male teacher name Quavo placed his knee in his chest and 2 weeks later the teacher’s response was “Did u know your son threw a frisbee at me and your children are hard headed, disrespectful’ and disobedient!” The school’s director stated my son was manipulating me as a parent because he didnt want to return to this school the next day. Also that she forgot to investigate why my child was touched and his shoes were taken. Still no response on that.

Again your cover up response makes no since
If they were playing flag football in the gym(which is a no tackle sport) how did the under trained college Camp counselor defend his behavior by saying he was hit with a frisbee and in what flag football does it require for a child’s shoes to be taken off his feet. My child stated you(the owner) where in the room the whole time you claimed you waited on my child to go to the board to complete a double digit math problem which my child has no problem solving however he stated his shoe was being withheld is the reason he choose not to participate. That is shameful and not the way an educator should treat children. I also notice your responses speak volumes about your character as am owner and person and you will be exposed. That teacher bullied and put his hands on the right and wrong child. Count your days you unprofessional money hungry, misguided, unaccountable, neglectful, black women. I as a parent have and have every right to be upset and curse all parties involved. The nerve of you. Your response to the incident was my child is minipulating me and you looked into the matter two weeks later. You and those staff members involved are very lucky my son wasn’t seriously hurt by the counselor putting his knee in my son’s chest because he was hit with a frisbee. These things have nothing to do with flag football. It’s just the cover up you gave and FSD isn’t stupid enough to believe that. You are so negative and you could have reSponded to the correct things…however you have found the time to respond in a very petty unprofessional way to comments not in your favor

Many parents who have in the past and who are currently supporting this school have not commented on this site. I’m one of them. I always felt that reviews were for venting and only the extremely opinionated actually will take the time to post. And post negatively. But after seeing horrible comments about this organization I’m appalled. I hope those who have had a bad experience will find a great fit for their children at the end of the day. And not disrupt the young lives who currently academically depend on this awesome “black owned private school”. We as parents need to partner with our educators. And find solutions. I’ve been supporting the educators at this school for over 3 years. And I’ve recommended this school to any and everyone I speak too. And for the first time my wife tells me to look at the reviews online and I was in disbelief. I’m encouraging all current families and all past families to please comment your experience. I’ll add a 5 star to this rating because this is a 5 star school. The tuition is extremely reasonable. So clearly money is not the staffs motivation. Ijs
This school is awesome!!! And highly recommended. This school is for the gifted, and for those who struggle academically and socially as well. I have been a very involved parent at this school for years. My 12 yo son attended camp during the summer 2019. And even though this age doesn’t particularly like waking up and attending summer camp that is academically driven, he still enjoyed and benefited from the activities daily. I’ll give this place a extra star if I could. Thanks for all that you do. And let’s continue through the Grace of God to touch/save the lives of our children. And continue pray for those who cannot be reached.
