I give this school a 2/5 stars only because my daughter teacher is okay. The school failed to give my daughter the proper learning equipment (Laptop) we been going through laptop problems since the beginning of the school year so it was a struggle keeping up with everything. My daughter laptop was literally taking 20mins to load one page sometimes the page wouldn’t load at all. I complained to her teacher about her laptop multiple times she gave us instructions to make sure we have everything updated and to clear her history those tips didn’t help so we called tech support they let us know she have a bad laptop. They asked us to send the old laptop first before a new one can be sent and we choose the option for someone from the post office to pick the package up that process took about 2 weeks then took another 2 weeks for the new laptop to be sent. This school keeps messaging me about she missing 72 unexcused hours and they are telling me my daughter can be kicked out of school. I don’t find that fair at all when everyone knows about her laptop issues why wasn’t the hours unexcused for my kindergartner? Was this a set up for failure? I don’t understand why they are not trying to fix her hours for the days she didn’t have a Laptop but instead trying to make us join a absence intervention program that doesn’t make sense. Since the new laptop was sent my daughter is going to school and completing work her teacher is letting us know she is doing great. This school is really weird the only reason I picked this place is because I’m trying to find a decent school with decent children that act like they have sense and teachers that are genuinely caring and will go above and beyond to make sure they students are good.
My children currently attended this school online… overall experience is ok so far so good.. we missed a few days school due to my father passing away and we had a electrical outage Friday its was. The teacher’s/staff do show concern they let u know if ur behind in work. They have live lessons that way urs student is interacting with other and getting help with his/her work. I had issues putting my children’s hours in. I believe i got the hang of it now. Overall school isnt to bad when everyone works 2gether its good. Meaning parents have to do our end as well..
