My kid go to Omei for after school programs for 4 years. Omei provides pick up service which is very reliable. I didn’t heard any complain on that for the whole 4 years. The teachers are very responsible. Once they get to Omei, they will have snack time and a short recess. They have a big backyard with metal tall fence and a large activities (Kung Fu) room so they can have outdoor activities no matter the weather is good or not. After short recess, they will start their routine which includes math, Chinese classes and other enrichment classes like Kung Fu, piano, science, chess, coding, critical thinking etc. My kid really enjoyed those classes very much and the enrichment class ends at 6:30pm which give you some extra time if you end your work-day slightly late. Your kid is not just waiting for you till 6:30 but they are learning / having fun while waiting for you. Both Ms. Maria and Master Zou are great teacher!! They care your kid and also care your concerns. They try their best to make sure your kid can have a good time (learning, making friends, enjoying their time) at school. I think caring is the most important characteristics as a teacher which all of the teachers at Omei Academy have that characteristic. By end of each school calendar quarter, you will get your kid’s progress report. They tracking the kid’s development on Math, Chinese etc. I really appreciate their effort on that as well!

Both of my kids go to Omei for after school programs. Omei provides pick up service to get kids to Omei from their grade schools. Once they get to Omei, they have snack time and a recess, then they will start their routine which includes math, Chinese classes and other enrichment classes like Kung Fu, science, chess, etc. Both of them enjoy their time and friends at Omei. By practicing Kung Fu, we also observe our younger kid has become more disciplined and responsible. Both Mr. Maria and Master Zou are great at listening and address issues upfront, they really care about their students.
