I can’t say enough wonderful things about Opus Montessori! As a parent, finding the right learning environment for my children was a top priority when moving here 3 years ago, and Opus Montessori exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment I stepped foot into the school, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The principal’s genuine passion for education and her dedication to fostering a nurturing environment is truly commendable. The teachers send me regular updates and I can see how much they care!

The Montessori approach at Opus and the classrooms are beautifully executed and designed to encourage exploration and independent thinking, allowing children to learn at their own pace. It’s incredible to witness the way the teachers guide each child’s individual journey, balancing guidance and freedom.

The school’s commitment to holistic education is evident in the variety of activities offered – from foreign languages, creative arts and outdoor exploration each week. My son particularly likes the chickens! It’s evident that Opus Montessori goes above and beyond to provide a well-rounded education that not only focuses on academics but also nurtures social skills, emotional intelligence, and a love for learning. Each child’s birthday is also celebrated with a big sign and the traditional birthday walk around the sun.

I’m grateful for the positive impact Opus Montessori has had on my children’s growth and development. My daughter first attended when there was only one class. Now the school has grown and so have kids. Currently, my youngest two boys attend and I couldn’t be happier with a school. The school’s dedication to cultivating curious, confident, and compassionate individuals is truly remarkable. If you’re looking for a Montessori experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Opus Montessori.

My son has been going to Opus for past 3 years. He has learned so much, thrived, and matured these past years because of the wonderful and caring teachers. His teacher says he loves cleaning and helping in the classroom, which translates into home. He has made good friends at school, and even says he misses them on the weekends. He never complains about going to school. They also serve good healthy lunches and my son will actually eat his vegetables at school, which he doesn’t at home. Opus provides a lot of outdoor time and my son enjoys the garden, playground, and chickens. The director is also very flexible and was willing to work with me and still take my son on as a student, even though he also needs to go to The Early Learning Center in the mornings for speech services, and then take a bus to Opus. The director is so understanding of working parents and is flexible with schedules. We will miss Opus next year when he transitions to public school.
