i like orange grove for there performing arts but the teachers are no help the office people are acting like there too high class to help anyone, none of the teachers the parents email it happened to my mom, the work is hard and they switch your classes a million times in a month, so they switched me 3 times and my grades have been going down hill. they dont listen i told them i dont feel comfortable being in honors can i stay in advanced they were like no its becsue your scores on fcat and the rooms are packed. they are so sloooow i promised u 20 kids in pre algebra you could fit me in there /// oh yea and they are wy over priced my mom had to pay 30.00 for a dress that we have to return. ////so enter your child in that school at your own risk trust me youll regret it. i went to young it may be a D school but aleast they care about the students at young
YOUNG MIDDLE MAGNET 4 LIFE
Drama, chourus and orchestra programs are amazing and there is no other schools around that give the same oppertunities and experinces as orange grove! The drama department is directed by the caring Luarie Philpot and she puts on many dinner theaters each year and they travel to melbourn fl. The choral department is ran by the very gifted Kyle goyens he puts on many preformences throuhout the year and the chorus travels to washington dc, orlando fl, and new york! The orchestra department is directed by the fabulous Karen Pfister who we are so lucky to have because she teaches both college and middle school! There are many more electives to choose from but this school is amazing and great for someone with artistic abillities!
